Aadya Singh is the Founder and Director of Margshala Foundation. Aadya has spent over a decade working at the intersection of economy, ecology, and youth empowerment, with extensive experience in the development sector. Her journey includes roles as Executive Director at India and Bharat Together (IABT), Associate Director at LEAP Skills Academy, and Senior Programme Officer at WWF-India. Aadya’s work is deeply rooted in the belief that sustainable rural futures can be built by enabling young people from underserved Himalayan communities to become change makers and entrepreneurs.
