About Us

Ankit Jaiswal is an accomplished aerospace engineer and entrepreneur, currently serving as Founder & CEO of Qwings. At Qwings, Jaiswal leads the company's vision to innovate in the field of unmanned aerial systems, driving the development of advanced drone technologies for diverse applications. His leadership is marked by a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering practical, impactful solutions. Prior to founding Qwings, Jaiswal worked as a UAV Design Engineer, where he designed and fabricated a range of drones, including those for food delivery, obstacle avoidance, precision landing, parachute recovery, and vertical take-off and landing. He also led the design and fabrication of a 35 kg fixed-wing UAV capable of carrying an 8 kg payload for up to eight hours at a range of 100 km. Jaiswal's notable projects include the design of a winch system to deliver payloads from drones, and he has published research on the design and fabrication of hybrid structure UAVs.
