He transformed Grama Vidiyal Micro Finance from a ₹20 crore non-profit to a ₹1,500 crore NBFC across six states and later led the merged entity at IDFC FIRST Bharat to ₹6,800 crore AUM, serving 2 million customers with a 99% collections rate. Arjun is also a mentor at the IIT Madras incubation cell and advisor to early-stage deep-tech startups.
