With over two decades of combined experience in corporate leadership and educational innovation, Kartic has emerged as a leading advocate for game-based learning methodologies.

Kartic also teaches multiple courses as a guest faculty at IIT Madras viz Life Skills - helping students develop essential life competencies, Habits, Happiness and Success - focusing on holistic personal development and Let Us Play To Learn - which is an innovative course helping students build games for engineering subjects. What sets Kartic apart is his personal transformation from a traditional "Olympic Sprinter" mindset (focused on speed and competition) to an "Explorer" approach to life and learning.
