He meticulously analyzes every customer interaction, going so far as to personally investigate why users might have negative experiences with their products. His exceptional negotiation skills make him the go-to person for critical business decisions, from software procurement to hiring negotiations.

He previously co-founded Desklamp and led Asia's most advanced student Hyperloop team, raising $1.1 million and representing India at the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition. Outside of work, Neel enjoys watching intentionally bad movies with his co-founders and maintaining an active social life.
