Rajesh Reddy is Co-founder and CEO of Venwiz,a startup focused on making Capex and engineering services procurement seamless and objective for the manufacturing industry. Under his leadership, the company managed to onboard over 15000 MSME vendors on their platform, allowing manufacturing enterprises to find superior vendors faster and save costs.
Before Venwiz, Reddy held strategic and leadership roles at the Adani Group, Capillary Technologies, Akruta, and Bounce. These roles nurtured his experience in building teams and scaling-up across manufacturing,consulting & startups.
He further engages in volunteering with the Vandematram foundation, working towards providing quality and moral education for government school children. His commitment to both technological innovation and social development reflects a leadership style grounded in impact and integrity.
