Raghunathan brings extensive experience from the solar and semiconductor industries, having held progressive leadership roles at SunEdison including Head of Corporate Development, Senior Director of Corporate Development, and Director of Market Research. During her tenure, she also served as Board Observer for Enki Technology, which was later acquired by First Solar.
Her diverse background spans semiconductor equity research at Citigroup and technical leadership at Texas Instruments, where she managed failure analysis teams and served as Project Manager for airbag design and the Bosch account. This combination of technical expertise, financial analysis, and corporate development experience positions her uniquely to drive innovation in clean energy solutions.
