Sridhar Vembu is the Co-founder of Zoho Corporation (formerly AdventNet), a major bootstrapped SaaS company focused on CRM and comprehensive business software solutions.

Vembu co-founded the company in 1996 with his brothers, building it into a global software leader while maintaining independence from external investors. His unique approach includes relocating much of Zoho's software development to rural villages in India, supporting local education through Zoho Schools and rural education initiatives.

He holds a majority stake in Zoho, and Forbes estimated his net worth at $2.44 billion as of 2020. His vision combines profitable business growth with social impact through rural development and educational initiatives
