He previously served as Business Head - Supply at BlackBuck, building the freight supply ecosystem and digital products for India's trucking industry. He also co-founded OfBusiness, where he led fulfillment, sales, and credit control while launching commerce, logistics, and credit products for SME markets.
His operational foundation was established through progressive leadership roles at ITC Limited, where he spearheaded the Ag-Tech initiative introducing farm mechanization across Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, founded the sustainability department achieving multiple certifications, and led cross-functional teams delivering substantial revenue growth. Ramakkrushnan also contributed to social impact through his Fellowship with Engineers For Social Impact and work with SELCO India on affordable rural technology solutions.
