About Us

Sriram Kalyanaraman, affectionately known as Keki, is a transformational leader who has made a career of defying conventional expectations. An alumnus of IIT Madras (Computer Science, 2003-2007) and Harvard Kennedy School, Sriram has consistently chosen the path less traveled, making what he calls "contrarian decisions" that go against the typical trajectory of elite educational backgrounds.

After beginning his career at McKinsey & Company, Sriram felt a deeper calling toward human development and transformation. This led him to pivot from corporate consulting to focus on inner transformation and healing – helping individuals discover their true potential and overcome internal barriers like anxiety, self-doubt, and interpersonal challenges.

Today, Sriram runs the Amaidhi School for Transformation, where he works with founders, CEOs, students, and individuals navigating life transitions. His approach combines his analytical computer science background with deep empathy and understanding of human psychology. He firmly believes that "everyone needs a coach" and that personal growth requires shifting from outward to inward attention.

At IIT Madras, Sriram co-created the groundbreaking "Happiness, Habits, and Success" (HHS) course, which serves 600+ students each semester and has shown consistent 20-30% improvements in student mental health and stress reduction. The course is part of IIT Madras's innovative Personal and Professional Development (PPD) minor degree program, designed to make students "work ready" from a holistic perspective.

Sriram's philosophy centers on the belief that kindness, empathy, and happiness don't make one less competitive – they actually enhance performance and motivation. His journey exemplifies lifelong learning and the courage to pursue one's true calling, regardless of external expectations.

We had the privilege of interviewing Sriram on The Best Place to Build podcast, where he shared incredible insights about transformation, education, and finding your authentic path. This conversation is an absolute must-watch for anyone seeking to understand the intersection of success, happiness, and personal growth.
